Isabella Mouzakiti, known as Bella, is a yoga and movement teacher, somatic movement facilitator, dancer, choreographer and wellness coach from Corfu, Greece. Movement has been part of Bella’s life since childhood. Her journey began with dance and later took her to the United Kingdom, where she studied Sports Science and Human Performance.
After graduating, she worked as a dance and physical education teacher before expanding into personal training, functional movement, Pilates and group fitness. During her years in London, Bella taught across respected studios and wellness spaces, including Pineapple Dance Studios, BASE, The Manor, DANS, F45 and FS8 Oxford Street.
Although her work began through physical training, she gradually became fascinated by the deeper relationship between the body, the mind and our emotional experiences. This curiosity led her to India, where she completed her yoga teacher training. She is now a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, with experience in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra and creative movement. She has also trained in Pilates and somatic practices, bringing together her knowledge of anatomy, human performance and nervous-system awareness.
Her professional journey has taken her from London to India, Latin America, Greece and the sea. Most recently, Bella worked internationally as a Wellbeing Coach aboard MSC World America, guiding guests through yoga, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and mindful movement. She now teaches classes, workshops and embodied experiences in Greece, while developing retreats and programs that bring movement and mindset together.
Bella’s approach is creative, grounded and deeply human. She combines yoga, dance, somatic exploration, breathwork, meditation, journaling and meaningful conversation to create experiences that are not only about exercising the body, but also about reconnecting with yourself. She believes that movement can help us release what words cannot always express. Her intention is to create spaces where people feel safe to slow down, listen inwardly, explore freely and reconnect with their strength, authenticity and sense of belonging.
Through her retreats, Bella invites participants to move beyond perfection and performance to meet themselves with curiosity, courage and compassion. Her philosophy is simple: Move. Heal. Connect. Because some things cannot be explained. They are meant to be felt.
